Spring 2018

Simulation optimization of a spring damper system for an airplane landing gear suspension system. Plots generated in MATLAB and used to understand spring and damper influence on the response. Full project report can be found here. Completed in collaboration with Jacob Sebastian and Graham Pash.

I value creativity in problem solving, and visualizing solutions is an important aspect of communicating ideas to team members. I have developed my sketching abilities in GC 420 so that I am better able to think creatively and communicate visually.

For my final project in GC 120, I accurately modeled a Zippo lighter in SolidWorks using a combination of techniques including surface modeling. I generated photorealistic renderings of the model
